Cancellation

As a courtesy to your service provider, a 24-hour cancelation and reschedule policy is in place. Reservations must be canceled and/or rescheduled at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a late charge.

We do not bill insurance companies for missed appointments or late cancellations. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees.

Tardiness

If a client is running late it will cut into their appointment time. Depending on how much time is remaining for the service, Unmatched Skin & Beauty reserves the right to change the appointment to fit in the time they have left or decline the service. The client will be charged 100% of the original service booked.

*Any day of cancellation made for a *complimentary or a *fix will forfeit their complimentary service.

Plus one

No plus one is allowed at the studio. This will ensure you a safe and relaxing service.

Sickness

Skin care and other esthetic services are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policies

Each time you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours or miss it without any previous notice, another client is prevented from receiving treatment. Unmatched Skin & Beauty understands that emergencies and last-minute plans come up, which may be grounds to excuse the cancellation policy, however, for day of cancellations, anything within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service at any time due to these matters. For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service.

Should you late cancel and/or miss three or more appointments, you are subject to potential termination as a client or it’ll be required to pre-pay for any service booked in the future.

Refund: Services, Treatment Packages, & Deposits

Treatments, pre-paid service packages & deposits are not subject to refunds. Packages are valid for 6 months after purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased treatment package, please email Unmatched Skin & Beauty at contact@unmatchedskinandbeauty.com with details.
